 Payment: 100% payment pro-forma invoice /against delivery.

 Holding period: customers allowed holding our cylinders for a max period of 60 days from the date of supply. Customers should return back the cylinders on or before the stipulated period. No refund will be entertained if a cylinder is returned unused or partly used.

 Delivery and collection: customers should make your own arrangements to collect the full cylinders and return back empty cylinder from/to our depot at Ramapuram. However, we can undertake the above job on your behalf at your cost. The exact transport charges can be obtained over the phone.

 Delivery and collection for customers outside Chennai: we shall be sending the cylinders by booking the same through any reliable transport carrier on freight to pay door delivery basis. A customer should send back the empty cylinders through any of your transporters by booking the same on freight paid –door delivery basis to our Ramapuram depot.

 Delivery: Within 5 days from the date of receipt of your firm purchase order.

 Mode of dispatch for Chennai customers: Free delivery (only for first transaction-subsequent refilling delivery charges shall be levied extra on mutual consent).

 Mode of dispatch for outside Chennai: we shall be sending the cylinders by booking the same through any reliable transport carrier on freight to pay door delivery basis.

Certificates: Xerox copies of filling permission from the chief controller of explosives Nagpur along with Xerox copies of other relevant certificates for the cylinders and purity certificates for the gas shall be provided along with supply.

Warranty: One year from the date of supply for cylinders and 6 months from the date of supply for the regulators against any manufacturing defects.
